We stock a wide range of quality bicycle accessories and components.
Hastings & St. Leonards are tough on bicycles. Sea spray, potholes, plenty of hills and theft. We focus on hard wearing components that are good value for money.
We use Shimano cassettes and freewheels, our chains are Wippermann, Schwalbe tyres and tubes, brake blocks and cables by Jagwire. We avoid cheap unbranded components that won't last.
We love personalised bicycles and stock some colourful accessories; spokey-dokeys, air horns, funny dust caps and sirens. Everything you need to put the fun between your legs.
We also have a good selection of 2nd-hand parts. We try not to throw anything away. If you're after that little do-hicky to fix your bike, there's every chance we might have one.
We only use Connex chains produced by Wippermann. Made in Germany by a company with over 100 years experience, these are made of top quality steel.

We rate Jagwire bakes and cables and stock the full range of their brake shoes and pads. We recommend their slick stainless steel cables as we see a lot of corrosion of galvanised cables.

All our inner tubes are by Schwalbe, as we found cheaper brands had a higher rate of failure. Our tubes are £5 each or £8 for long stem. We hold a good stock of Schwalbe tyres to suit most needs and can order in any from their full range if you have something special in mind.

We have access to the full range of Shimano components and spares. All our cassettes and freewheels are Shimano as we've found them to be good quality and hard wearing for the price. Our standard replacement cranksets are Shimano, although we're happy to source and work with any brand if you require.

We have a lot of experience working with Sturmey Archer hub gears and have access to their full range of hubs and other components. We've built a lot of wheels around their hubs. It seems a lot of people move to Hastings with their single speed bicycle and then find they want a few gears... No problem! We always hold their full range of single speed freewheels, for both wide and narrow chains.

We're a RockShox distributor and have a lot of experience working with their products, both installing and servicing. We're happy to work with any brand of fork, if you have specific requirements, but recommend that you take a look through their wide range of products if you're thinking about upgrading your forks or shock units.

We're not massive fans of hydraulic disc brakes. They're great when they work but we've found that they have a limited life span and once they start to get old they can be difficult and expensive to maintain. We do love Avid BB7 cable pull disc brakes, which are cheap to maintain and very easy to adjust. We've replaced many broken hydraulic systems with these brakes and had great feedback from the customers. We also love their V-brakes and 'speed dial' brake levers with adjustable modulation.

Topeak make a huge range of bicycle accessories and everything we've seen of theirs has impressed us with it's quality and thought through design. We don't stock their full range yet but have focussed on their lights, racks, baskets, children's seats, multi-tools, pumps, saddle bags and panniers.

Getting your bicycle stolen sucks. All our locks are by Abus and we stock a wide range of cable, chain and D-locks. We'd like to say that they'll all impossible to break, but you get what you pay for. A rough guide is buy a lock that costs about 10% the price of your bike.

Faher specialise in excellent anti-friction lubrication products. The company has been running for 25 years but they have recently moved into the UK market. For cycling they produce an excellent chain oil and a spray lube.

We stock the full range of products produced by Green Oil UK. They only use only plant based and sustainably sourced ingredients. Most bicycle lubes contain Teflon (PTFE) which is non-biodegradable and ends up in the food chain, so if you care about the environment, care about what you're using on your bicycle.

When it comes to bicycle tools, Park Tool have long been regarded as making the best tools you can find. We stock the common tools you'll need, but can order in anything from their full range if you require.

Unless you've got some very odd spoke requirements then we'll be building your wheels with stainless steel Sapim spokes. Commonly regarded as the best spokes on the market.

Pedro's make a few great tools that Park Tool don't. Their tyre levers are by far the best you'll find and we've tried them all.
